Our threat management services offer peace of mind to those who are stalked or threatened by others.

Victims who are stalked or threatened by others are typically not well-served by law enforcement. These cases are often composed of many incidents and in multiple jurisdictions. It is difficult to get a particular law enforcement agency to take action, since they may not see the seriousness of the situation. Even if law enforcement acts, it is usually not sufficient to stop the perpetrator, who may not be arrested or who may be quickly released from custody to continue to commit crimes. Victims may be left to try to obtain a restraining order, which can be a difficult process, and that can bring them into contact with the perpetrator. Even if a restraining order is obtained, it is still only a piece of paper, and may not provide real protection.

Mike Brewer and Rhonda Saunders were members of the Los Angeles Stalking & Threat Assessment Team that handled cases involving celebrities and public officials. Mike and Rhonda helped write current California laws on stalking and criminal threats, including Penal Code sections 646.9 and 422. Together, they successfully prosecuted cases involving victims Gwyneth Paltrow, Steven Spielberg, Madonna, Axl Rose, Jackson Browne, and highly-visible clients.
